The Conejo Valley is a great place to pick up a bike and ride.  We have mountains, long flat roads, bike paths, and the ocean.  If you want to complete your first century, maybe a half, let me know as I can tailor a plan for that, too!

SWIMMING

As a Triathlete, I often hear that people would try the sport if I didn't have to swim.  Long-distance swimming in open water isn't easy.  You have to start by getting in the pool.  I can walk you through some drills that you can master in the pool, and take with you as you tackle open water swimming!
