It's imperative to do a CrossFit Fundamentals course with a coach. The purpose is to understand the theory and basic movements behind the CrossFit concept. It's a learning experience designed to slowly and gradually build the confidence to move into regular classes where you'll continue to move safely, efficiently, and effectively.
We hear this all the time and many times our athletes will move over to group Crossfit classes. However, I do offer Personal Training Sessions at Crossfit Kerosene for those athletes that prefer 1-on-1 sessions.
Clients vary greatly in their reasoning for selecting a male or female trainer. I respect a client’s comfort levels with regard to spotting or pointing out form/body mechanics. I have great communication skills, as well as the ability to cultivate a comfortable working rapport that respects boundaries.
